Returns & Exchanges

At Bernardo Fashions, we want you to love your outerwear. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
